Deal With Your High or Low Blood Pressure 

What is the high Blood Pressure?

The picture of someone with hypertension is presto209. I am this person who accumulates, for long periods, thoughts and emotions that do not are not expressed; I am often hypersensitive and I have trouble controlling myself. My anger and my frustrations for which I have not yet found a solution are reduced, thus to boil my interior. I'm confused. I can also tend to procrastinate, to postpone things I have to say or do, fear or lack of confidence in me, and I come to live an intense nervous tension, because I see all this as a mountain and I do not know if I will be able to accomplish all my projects. I can also to fabricate, to amplify my problems, and my guilt will soon increase the "Pressure". My desire to control everything and to solve the situations of my life increases my pressure that can become unsustainable. I feel helpless, often because I do not can no longer or no longer obey orders, especially my job. Living a fear deep of being rejected, I feel in danger and I remain on my guard. I felt like crushed, defenseless. I live an intense tension in relation to an emotional situation or passionate and I have interest in reducing my stress level. I have difficulty feeling and to receive the love of others. I closed myself to this love so as not to suffer anymore; so I do not want more neither to give nor to receive. The hypertension that I live can also find its source in my fear of death, the latter being conscious or not, and in my desire to shoot part of my life, because I want to achieve the many goals that I have set for myself.

It is the brain that controls the nervous tension and the heart  which gives rhythm and warms the blood: together, they regulate the tension. Am I putting pressure on myself myself or do I feel that this pressure is coming from others? That I deny aspects of my personality that are desperately trying to come out at great day? Do I feel compressed? I may feel in danger of expressing my real feelings and this can lead to a depressed state. I have to be the best, powerful, at maximum of my abilities. If I do not succeed as well at the physical level that intellectual, the pressure and the tension will be enormous. I'm looking for harmony in everything and I feel responsible, even when other people are concerned. What mandate I gave myself! Since I tend to be hyperactive (which helps me forget about my a good way to do that would be to prioritize things to do and give me time to see what's going on inside me and to express all these things emotions just waiting to be externalized.

What is Law Blood Pressure?

Unlike hypertension, hypotension is found in a person whose pressure is too low (note that a person may have sub-normal pressure and to feel in good shape Her pressure is therefore adequate for her as long as her quality of life is not affected). If I am a low pressure person, this may indicate that my desire to live is missing. I feel that nothing is right, that it is useless to make efforts because, anyway, I have the feeling that it will not work. I feel drained of my energy and I can not bear the weight of events anymore. I indulge in discouragement, defeatism. The heart is no longer there. I live as a victim and I feel that my life is like at a dead-end. I feel helpless about what I am asked to do to be in standards established by the company, standards that do not necessarily correspond to my personal values. I am afraid of having to give up some of my dreams. Hypotension can lead to loss of consciousness. She's the sign that I want to run away from my responsibilities, certain situations or people, because dealing with them bring me to position myself and to do things that I may not have the taste to do. I feel responsible for everyone around me and this is very heavy to bear. It may to have started very early in my life. I feel so weak, helpless, exhausted ... I do not have the taste to invest myself in life. The message my body gives me is to trust me and to darken. I choose to let myself be guided by my inner strength.
