Or Affected by Doubts, Fears, Nerves or Negative Thoughts Before Competitions?

No problem. Hypnosis will help your mind, the control center of your body's performances, massively increases the quality of your performances.

Hypnosis also helps overcome any blockages or self-sabotage which may have been holding you back and after that, the sky's the limit.

When two dancers or teams of equal ability compete against each other on the floor, it is always the toughest mentally who handles the pressure best and comes out on top.

So it works just as well for all styles - regardless of whether you are into rap, street, hip-hop, contemporary jazz /modern, Argentine tango, break dance, country/western, Latin, salsa or ..., all the way through to square and line dance, ballroom and ballet.

Mental training allows you to focus upon any area of your performance you wish, as well as:

  •  Programming and fine-tuning your sequences, routines and general performance

  •  Maintaining a strong core and eye line

  •  Overcoming technical flaws

  •  Accelerated learning of new moves, styles and techniques

  •  Increase confidence, belief and relaxation during contests

  •  Overcome intimidation, fear, recurring negative habits and self sabotage out there on the floor

  •  Enhance the fluidity of your performance

  •  Increase focus and mental endurance in both practice and contests
